Marlborough Home & Garden Show

Hundreds of customers and companies came together for a vibrant show experience at the Marlborough Lines Stadium 2000 recently. The community of Blenheim and surrounding districts supported the show and the exhibitors and walked away with lots of super show specials. As well they enjoyed the daily free seminars and the opportunity to enter and win fantastic prizes. On site the ITM & MORE FM DIY Challenge drew lots of interest as four contestants battled it out with their tasks. It was a great show with a positive vibe and great presentation of exhibits - thank you to all those who came and visited - we hope you found something to take home!

This proved to be a great battle among the 4 contestants with only 2 points separating the first 2 placings. Well done to these people who put their skills to the test and a huge thanks to ITM for the fantastic prize package. MORE FM were exceptional sponsors - motivated and enthusiastic - great stuff!

WIN $2500 worth of quality product from Weathermaster & The Marlborough Express. This was a very popular competition and thousands of entires were received - thanks to the Marlborough Express for their generous support of the show and the promotion in the newspaper and to all who brought their entries in to the show. The lucky winner was Eleanor Cole. Grateful thanks to Weathermaster for providing this fantastic prize.

Weekend Gardener magazine kindly provided a generous prize for the Best Garden Related stand at this show which was awarded to Post Creations for their very colourful and neat stand - congratulations Aileen & Dean for your winning effort - see photo below.

The Marlborough Home & Garden Show 2011 will take place 24, 25, 26 June 2011 at Marlborough Lines Stadium 2000, Kinross Street Blenheim.
